Inherits root AGENTS.md. User-facing documentation only.

Rules

• Diátaxis: one quadrant per page (tutorial / how-to / reference / explanation / runbook).
• Declare quadrant + audience near the top (house style).
• Never surface internal SoT-NN ids on reader-facing pages (maintainer derivation index excepted).
• Derive from SoT intent; do not dump raw SoT.
• Limits-first: T4 ceiling, topology (CDN re-TLS), reference vs production.
• Enforcement changes should keep blocked-user guidance coherent (docs/help/).
